Sanjay Bathla, Founder

One of the most well known restaurateur in Hyderabad, Sanjay Bathla has created brands like Bottles & Chimneys and Over The Moon. He has also been involved in building Siaa, Spoil and Uberdeq into the successful brands they are today. Sanjay developed an early passion for brewing just as the micro brewing phenomenon really started gaining momentum in the early 1990s. He is essentially an expert in the service industry, and has diversified into the service apartments business as well. He seeks that spot where food and beer meet to create the perfect marriage of flavours.
